Your enquiry should stay an enquiry—not become somebody else's data.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, city, business type, preferred plan and anything you add to the message field.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to assess whether Independent Commerce fits your business, respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible commercial relationship. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to an automated marketing list.
Where it goes
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are sent through Resend to the Independent Commerce notification inbox. The current website does not save a separate copy in a CRM or public database.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are generally kept for no longer than 12 months unless you become a customer, ask us to retain the conversation, or a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry. Use the website form and state that your request concerns privacy, or email hello@independentcommerce.in.
